What if my flowers arrive damaged?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@Flowersandco.nl with photos of the issue. We’ll work together to find a suitable solution.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders placed before 16:00 will be delivered the next day.
How do I take care of my fresh flowers?
- Trim the stems at an angle upon arrival.
- Change the water every 2 days.
- Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources.
Can I retrun my order?
Due to the nature of our products, fresh flowers cannot be returned. Longlife flower boxes can be returned within 14 days, unused and in their original packaging.
