What if my flowers arrive damaged?

When will my order be delivered?
Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next business day. You can also choose a preferred delivery date during checkout.
How do I care for my fresh flowers?

• Change the water every 2 days.
• Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources.
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of our products, fresh flowers cannot be returned. Longlife flowerboxes can be returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days.
